Five calculators are available:a) SCORE AST-platelet RATIO (APRI) - This score is a noninvasive tool to detect advanced fibrosis and cirrhosis in patients with chronic hepatitis C;b) FIBROSIS-4 (FIB-4) - This score is a noninvasive tool that helps estimate the amount of fibrosis in the liver in patients with chronic hepatitis C;c) TERMINAL MODEL liver disease (MELD) - MELD Model signinfica End Stage Liver Disease. It is a disease severity score created in adults to improve organ allocation system in liver transplants based on the severity of liver disease;d) CLASSIFICATION OF CHILD-PUGH - This classification evaluates the severity of liver disease. The grades are correlated with patient survival at 1 and 2 years;e) INDEX BODY MASS (BMI) - The high body mass index is associated with increased risk of death from all causes at all ages between men and women.
